Whilst Upside Down is brand new, our experience certainly is not. As well as over 10 years of war stories from the media giants Mediacom and Carat, through to the ultimate facilitation, creativity and training finishing school of ?What If! Innovation, for last 13 years Andy has been using deep Insight to help brands create a compelling Identity before turning that into a tangible, exciting customer experience.

When looking back at these Brand Vista projects that have had the greatest impact on my clients businesses, the thing that really struck us was that they were all, at heart, Upside Down Experiences. They worked because we spent time understanding the needs of the frontline teams in the business, and used their insight and energy to guide us.
